Donald Trump's revenge tour of prosecuting those he views as political enemies could soon derail because he accidentally published a DM ordering AG Pam Bondi to prosecute his enemies.
The fact that Donald Trump would weaponize the Department of Justice against those whom he views as his political enemies is not surprising, because Trump has been vowing to make people like James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James pay for years.

Since the American people largely decided to tune out on the 2024 election, many voters may have thought that Trump was going to immediately return America back to the pre-COVID days, because that is what he told them would happen.
However, for the few people who paid attention to what Trump was saying on the campaign trail, as a candidate, he made two statements. The first was that he was going to do whatever he wanted, and the second was a vow to get revenge on those whom he felt tried to destroy him.
Outside of Washington, DC, the indictment of James Comey was met with a collective yawn. Many Democrats feel that Comey cost Hillary Clinton the 2016 election with his behavior, and he has been a never-Trump Republican for years since being ousted from his post as FBI Director during the first Trump administration.
Trump’s decision to order the DOJ to indict the sitting Attorney General in the state of New York has been a different matter.
