Donald Trump Foments Violence Against Democrats Hours After Assassination

Mere hours after a Democratic Minnesota lawmaker and her spouse were shot and killed, Donald Trump fomented violence against all Democrats in major cities.

Mere hours after one Minnesota Democratic lawmaker and her husband were shot by a Trump supporter and two more are in critical condition after an assassination attempt by the same Trump supporter, the President used his misnamed social media platform to foment violence against all Democrats in major cities, painting them as enemies of America.

Trump also made it clear he’s using ICE to target Democratic cities because they are the “core of the Democrat Power Center.” In other words, Trump is targeted Democratic cities because they didn’t vote for him and they are the seat of power for his opposition party.

Trump is not just targeting blue cities politically; he is telling ICE that Americans are cheering them on as they go after

Trump’s posting reads, in part (emphasis mine):

ICE Officers are herewith ordered, by notice of this TRUTH, to do all in their power to achieve the very important goal of delivering the single largest Mass Deportation Program in History.

In order to achieve this, we must expand efforts to detain and deport Illegal Aliens in America’s largest Cities, such as Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where Millions upon Millions of Illegal Aliens reside. These, and other such Cities, are the core of the Democrat Power Center, where they use Illegal Aliens to expand their Voter Base, cheat in Elections, and grow the Welfare State, robbing good paying Jobs and Benefits from Hardworking American Citizens. These Radical Left Democrats are sick of mind, hate our Country, and actually want to destroy our Inner Cities — And they are doing a good job of it! There is something wrong with them. That is why they believe in Open Borders, Transgender for Everybody, and Men playing in Women’s Sports — And that is why I want ICE, Border Patrol, and our Great and Patriotic Law Enforcement Officers, to FOCUS on our crime ridden and deadly Inner Cities, and those places where Sanctuary Cities play such a big role. You don’t hear about Sanctuary Cities in our Heartland!

I want our Brave ICE Officers to know that REAL Americans are cheering you on every day. The American People want our Cities, Schools, and Communities to be SAFE and FREE from Illegal Alien Crime, Conflict, and Chaos.

Trump is Fomenting Violence

One aspect of political violence that is often ignored is the act of psychological warfare, which includes using propaganda to manipulate public opinion and instill fear.

Acts of political violence are said by The World Health Organization to include both physical and psychological acts to achieve political goals, acts such as detentions, arrests, deprivation, denial of rights, obstruction related to freedom of speech (targeting activists who speak out against a regime), home demolition and more.

Many of these cited items are already being deployed here in the United States.

On June 9th, Trump said, with no evidence, that anti-ICE protesters were spitting “and worse” is “their new thing” which he followed up with, “They spit; we hit.”

“And I told them, nobody’s going to spit on our police officers, nobody’s going to spit on our military, which they do, it’s a common thing,” he added. If they spit in the face, “they get hit very hard,” the convicted criminal said.

Saturday No Kings Protests

After nearly daily verbal disparagement and dehumanization on anti-ICE protesters from the highest office in the land, posters in conservative forums were seen gleefully plotting to bring guns to “Kyle Rittenhouse” No Kings protests.

Saturday’s No Kings protests were an incredible testament to patriotism and peaceful dissent. They were only marred by violence by seemingly random acts resembling Stochastic terrorism, including:

A woman counterprotesting and appearing to be wearing a Make America Great Again hat pulled a gun out of her hip holster while talking to a protester and was tackled to the ground by people wearing “Security” vests.
