It's one of those once or twice a week instances lately of hearing some actual legal pushback about one of trump's many illegal policy acts. It's such a slow trickle, in dribs and drabs, against a firehose of daily constitutional and regulatory law-breaking. It perks us up briefly, until we read the fine print - always postponing enforcement for a couple more months, for yet another appeals court. And as Jason (forgive me if it wasn't) pointed out, it will end up in the corrupt Supreme Court, led by trump henchmen Clarence and Sammy and the ever-ready -to- rubber-stamp Gorsuch. So, meanwhile trump just goes on his merry way, casting illegal tariffs at random to whatever country pops into his head, forcing companies to let his government take a percentage of their ownership in order to conduct business, extorting tribute from other companies in order to export their products, and lining his own pockets the entire time.

Supreme Court has already declared that trump can do illegal acts at will. So, I don’t hold out a lot of hope that SCOTUS will do the right thing.

Steve….nicely put. We are all so weary of the ups and downs of the MAGA authoritarian. Hopefully, the SCOTUS will wake up from their slumber and decide accordingly.

1

There are five monkeys on the Supreme Court, See Evil, Hear Evil, Ignore Evil, Pass Evil and Say Evil as its decision if their Boss requests it be done. The three actual Justices are over ruled by this subverted court.

2

They will be the number one change that must occur when we again have a working congress.

3

Congress must increase the justices to 9.

Term limits must be added, possibly 8y.

Age limits of no older than 72y.

Appointments must be by committee composed of two each of red and blue with one independent picked by the red and the blue. A 7th member of the committee, should there be a tie on who to appoint could be the Chairperson of the Federal Reserve.

3. Congress must pas legislation strengthening thecseparation of powers and return the president to be answerable to the Rule of Law no matter how he breaks it and the US Marshalls shall be given the power to detain the POTUS for trial.

I think we have had quite enough of a lawless leader who clearly needs to be tried for his numerous illegal actions as well as a subverted Supreme Court thatcno longer adheres to our Constitution.

About damned time. Now let’s hope it sticks and that more judges get on board in blocking Trump’s lawlessness. Plus, SCOTUS needs to get its act together and stop being myopic about the effect their awful rulings have had on our nation.

Good we got this decision.. what a pitiful situation that it took this long, to get here..

Yet still we wait.

We wait not knowing if the Supreme Court’s decision..,

To decipher if they will stand on solid ground, as they are want to do.., and do that which is right, and differ to Trump yet again.

Seriously they could have come to those decisions months ago, if they were not trying to weasel out of standing on the LAW!

Don't get too happy. As soon as the Supreme Court gets the case they will rewrite OUR Constitution - again - in order to protect Trump and make America exactly like Russia. Where the government is run by The Mafia.

Our Supreme Court does not care about The People. They only care about billionaires who line their pockets
