Donald Trump has finally run out of places to hide. For years the speculation about what is in the tax returns that Trump had refused to release ran rampant. Was he really broke? Did he take money from foreign governments? Did he commit crimes?

The House Ways and Means Committee now has six years of Donald Trump’s federal tax returns, ending a yearslong pursuit by Democrats to dig into one of the former president’s most closely guarded personal details.

“Treasury has complied with last week’s court decision,” a Treasury spokesperson told CNN on Wednesday.

Democrats have yet to decide how they are going to handle Trump’s tax returns. There has been talk of releasing them to the public or entering them in the congressional record, which would also make them public.
