Republicans Can’t Do A Thing About Democrats Changing Their Presidential Ticket
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson has been making threats for days of Republican lawsuits at the state level if Democrats change the presidential ticket of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
For example, Johnson said on CNN on Sunday morning before President Biden stepped aside, “I think they have got legal hurdles in some of these states, and it’ll be litigated, I would expect, on the ground there, and they will have to sort through all that. They have got a real problem.”
President Biden stepped aside, and it looks like VP Harris will be the new Democratic nominee.
