This is where the corporate mainstream media ties itself into knots, pretending that Haley Stevens matters, and the Michigan Senate election is now in doubt. The media needed a dramatic plotline to boost interest in the midterm election because Democrats are heading for a very good Election Night.

Stevens made it clear that she could not get over losing the Democratic primary to El-Sayed and she was upset because she didn’t think that she was shown the proper love, so Stevens decided to betray all of her supporters and her staff by burning everything to the ground and endorsing Mike Rogers two days before the election.

The timing of the endorsement was erratic and bizarre.

The endorsement came too late to blanket the airwaves with ads, and many Michiganders had already voted, so what exactly was the point of the Stevens spitebomb?

It just seems like a half-baked, last-minute decision by a person who has not been able to come to grips with the reality that Democratic voters rejected her.

Democrats have quickly thrown Stevens to the curb and strongly support the party’s unified support for Abdul El-Sayed. The response has been so consistent, coordinated, and fast that it's as if the party expected this from Haley Stevens.

Abdul El-Sayed’s Response To Stevens Was Perfect

El-Sayed was asked if he thought that Stevens had betrayed the Democratic Party, and he said:

At the end of the day, I actually don't think about Haley Stevens. See what I'm saying?
